Obeying God's Voice to Start YouTube

What were the first thoughts that came to your mind?

This was my experience last year when I felt a pressing in my heart that the Lord wanted me to start a YouTube channel. I knew that the timing wasn’t right at that moment, but recognizing that was the beginning of my preparation journey.

One of my weaknesses has always been people-pleasing—fearing that I might say the wrong things or misrepresent the truth. But the Lord began to work on my heart, reminding me of the importance of living for an audience of one. People’s opinions may change, but the Word of the Lord stands forever.

"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."—Hebrews 13:8

I also had to discern the times and seasons. When God gives you an instruction, there’s a specific timing for when you’re meant to follow through. God began to speak to me through certain physical signs that I couldn’t ignore (which I explain in my YouTube video), but I also felt mentally and spiritually ready to take the step.

So, in all things, let the Spirit of God lead you in His timing, and seek His heart to prepare you for the platform He’s calling you to.
